Product Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
We value each customer and each order placed. We strive to offer the highest quality products with honest and customer centered service. If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect size, we will process an exchange at no additional cost to you. Your original order must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in good condition. Original packaging is preferred. All paperwork and any additional items in the packaging are needed to ensure full credit.
If your return is not due to damage or the wrong size, please Contact Us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Return requests must be received within 60 days of the original order. Upon request, we will send instructions on how to return your items.

How do I create an account?
When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, you will have a chance to create an account with In The Bag Co. This will allow you to track your previous orders. When you are prompted to Login, click Create an Account and input your information. Be sure to note your login and password for signing in purposes in the future.
How do I subscribe to the In The Bag Co. newsletter?
If interested, signing up for our occasional emails is easy. At the bottom of our home page under “subscribe” simply enter your email address and click the arrow to submit. Opting out can be done at any time at the bottom of any one of our emails.
What is the shipping policy?
In the Bag Co. can ship to virtually any address in the world with a few restrictions on some products. In addition, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
An estimated shipping and delivery date will be provided when you place an order, based on the product availability and the shipping option you select. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page depending on what shipping provider you choose.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Weights for each standard bag can be found on its detail page. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use.
Is there certification for the food safe bags?
All of our food safe bags are certified to hold food items safely. Certification certificates are available for orders of food safe bags over 5000 bags and the cost of the certification is at the expense of the customer.
Can I have a sample sent to me?
Samples can be mailed out to your address upon request. Simply contact customer service and indicate your address and what bags you are interested in.
Can I have products custom printed?
In The Bag Co. specializes in custom printed bags. Any of our cotton and burlap bags can be custom printed with a logo, a slogan, dates or anything else. To get the process started click on the Custom Printing Quote page to submit your request. A customer service agent will be in touch shortly.
Can I have a custom bag created for my needs?
If you don’t see the type or look of a bag you wish to purchase, In The Bag Co. can customize a bag just for your needs. Fabric, color, shape, size and more can all be customized. Please contact our customer service department at 913-275-6153 or online to get started firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the minimum ordering requirements?
All of our standard size bags come in minimum quantities of 100. Custom printed bags have a minimum ordering quantity of 300 bags. Customized bags require a minimum of 1000 bags an may require a longer turn around time then a custom printed bag.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it has not already been processed. Please call customer service at 913-257-6153 as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please be sure to verify all info and items before submitting your order.
What happens if an item I order is backordered?
If an item you have ordered is unfortunately backordered, it will ship as soon as it arrives in our factory. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they have shipped out. If you wish to change your backordered item or cancel it, please contact customer service at 913-257-6153 or email us at email@example.com. Please have your order number available for quick reference.
